Please send us a message and we will get back to you within 24 hours to discuss availability and next steps. Upon confirmation, we will share the rental contract and payment details to secure your stay.
Do I need to specify the purpose of my stay?
Yes. As part of the booking process, guests are kindly asked to briefly confirm the main purpose of their stay in line with Spanish regulations.
What is the minimum rental period?
The apartment is intended for longer stays. Rental periods are agreed individually, depending on availability and the nature of the stay.
Are utilities included?
Yes, water and electricity are included as part of the rental agreement.
How to get to the apartment?
The apartment is located one hour from Málaga Airport and 30 minutes from Gibraltar Airport.
Is there parking available?
Yes, the apartment includes a private underground parking space.
Do you have amenities for young children?
Yes. We can provide a baby cot with linen and a high chair upon request. The residence also features two swimming pools, including a separate children’s pool.
What about safety and security?
The apartment is located within Amphora Beach Residence, a private complex with restricted access for residents and their guests. The main entrance and underground parking are secured.
