What is the minimum rental period?
The apartment is available for longer stays from approximately 6 to 8 weeks, or longer.
How do I book?
Please send us a message and we will contact you within 24 hours with our rental contract and payment request to confirm your stay.
Do I need to specify the purpose of my stay?
Yes. As part of the booking confirmation, guests are asked to briefly indicate the main purpose of their stay. In line with Spanish seasonal rental regulations please indicate for example ‘work’ or ‘seasonal accommodation’.
Are utilities included?
Yes, water and electricity are included in the contract.
How to get to the apartment?
The apartment is just an hour drive from Malaga Airport and 30 minutes from Gibraltar Airport. We recommend all guests to rent a car during their stay to experience the fullest that the region has to offer. Tip: Check the airport websites for the latest rental options and you will be ready to go within minutes after arrival!
Is there parking available?
Yes, the apartment has an underground private car parking.
Do you have amenities for young children?
We have a baby bed available including linen, a baby chair, and in addition to the 2 swimming pools there is a baby pool in the common area.
What about safety and security?
The apartment is situated in the Amphora Beach Residence, to which only the complex’ residents and guests have access to. The main entrance and underground parking is private and secured.
