Parking:
The apartment includes a private underground parking space. Access the underground parking from Calle Martagina. Open with key clicker. Please use parking spot 37, located on the right just as you drive in.

When parked, take the elevator to level 3, apartment C.

Comfort with care:
We kindly ask you to treat the property and its belongings with care. Should any damage occur, please let us know promptly.

Non-smoking policy:
Ático Amphora is a non-smoking apartment; smoking is not allowed indoors.

Laundry:
The apartment is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Feel free to use them to keep clothes, towels and linen fresh and clean.

To keep the apartment fresh, clean and eco-friendly, we kindly ask you to:

Throw away rubbish regularly. You can find waste containers located on the street near the roundabout.

Turn off the air conditioning and lights when leaving the apartment.

Keep windows and doors closed while the air conditioning is running.

Connecting is easy! Just tap your mobile phone on the wooden block with the Wifi symbol located in the living room to connect automatically.

You are able to stream content via your own streaming subscriptions (Netflix, etc.) on the smart TV.

Instructions before you leave:

Kitchen: Please empty the fridge/freezer completely, wash all dirty dishes, and put them back in the cabinets

Rubbish: Empty all trash bins and take rubbish to the containers on the street corner

Close, turn off, lock: Ensure all windows and doors are locked. Turn off all lights and air conditioning

Keys: Lock the front door, return keys to Emilie or Nicholas
