General information
€150 cleaning fee per stay.
€300 deposit at payment is refunded after your stay.
No pets are allowed.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside.
Indicative monthly rates
November - February | € 1,800 per month
March - April | € 2,400 per month
May - June | € 3,000 per month
July - August | € 3,500 per month
September - October | € 2,500 per month
Final pricing will be confirmed upon inquiry and depends on exact dates and stay duration (minimum stay 6-8 weeks or longer).
