RESERVATION

  • Reservations are only possible from 25 years or older. Reservations by persons younger than that age will be cancelled. 

  • In addition to the general information (full first and last name, email, mobile number and payment details), a valid ID is required when making a booking.

  • In Spain, it is mandatory to have copies of the passports of all guests in all hotels and apartments. If we cannot show this during a check, the Spanish authorities can impose high fines. So very important: fill in the personal detail form that is sent to you upon booking confirmation and share the required information before arrival.

  • After you have reserved and paid, you will receive a confirmation message from us immediately.

  • With your booking and payment you automatically confirm that you have agreed to the general terms and conditions and the house rules.


PAYMENT

  • We ask you, like other booking platforms, to pay 100% of the amount due when making the reservation. As soon as the amount is received on the account, the reservation is confirmed.

  • Payment can be made via iDeal, credit card or bank transfer.

  • By bank transfer, payment must be made to IBAN NL08 INGB 0672 5061 14 attn. N. van Hilten, stating your first and last name and the rental period (e.g. John Davis July 3 to July 10).

  • A cleaning fee is charged for each stay. The fee is stated on the invoice.

  • By paying you confirm that you agree to the general terms and conditions and the house rules.


CANCELLATION

  • If you cancel up to 30 days before the day of arrival, you will receive 100% of your paid amount refunded within 14 days.

  • If you cancel between 30 days and 14 days before arrival, you will receive 50% of your paid amount back within 14 days.

  • If you cancel less than 14 days before arrival, you will not receive a refund.


RECEIPT KEY 

  • You will receive an arrival message one week in advance. This message contains the address and instructions for the key reception. Arrival time is between 15:00 and 20:00, other times always in advance in consultation.


LIABILITY/COMPLAINTS/DAMAGE

  • You are liable for any damage to the apartment and its inventory during the rental period. If you notice any damage or defects upon arrival, please report this to us immediately (in principle, this is checked after each stay).

  • A deposit of €300 is due which will be returned to you upon departure if you leave the apartment and its inventory in the same condition as you found it.

  • If you accidentally break something, please let us know so we can discuss what to do. 


HOUSE RULES

  • Check-in time is between 15:00 and 20:00 on the day of arrival. The apartment must be left by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

  • In case of loss of the key we are forced to charge €100.

  • Take or throw away all perishable food items: please empty the refrigerator/freezer completely.

  • Please wash dirty dishes and put them back in the cupboards.

  • Take out rubbish (including emptying kitchen and bathroom bins) before you leave.

  • Be wise with energy, gas and water. 

  • We assume that you will handle our belongings with care, leave them neat and tidy as you found them. If you do break/damage or stain something, please let us know before departure.

  • There are no pets allowed.

  • If the house is left more dirty than usual, we will unfortunately be forced to charge additional cleaning costs.

  • We assume that others are taken into account: after 23:00 please respect the silence and night's rest. This means no loud music/noises so that there is no nuisance for residents.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment; smoking is allowed outside on the terrace provided that cigarette butts are cleared away.

  • Parties and celebrations are not allowed, nor is staying with more than the specified number of guests.

We cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience caused by construction work or municipal/provincial activities.
